Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Moore at Disney and its private internal application, Moore Content Intelligence (“MCI”), access, use, store and share information, including Google and YouTube user data when an authorized user connects an account.
1. Who we are
Moore at Disney is an independent creator brand. Moore Content Intelligence is a private internal application used by the Moore at Disney creators to analyze their own content and account performance. Moore at Disney is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland Resort, Google, or YouTube.
2. Information this public website collects
This initial public website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, account registration, or a web contact form. Our hosting and security providers may process standard network and request information, such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps and security signals, as part of delivering and protecting the site.
When you follow a link to another service, such as Beacons, Google or YouTube, that service’s own privacy practices apply.
3. Google and YouTube data MCI may access
MCI accesses Google or YouTube data only after an authorized user grants permission through Google’s OAuth authorization flow. The exact permissions are shown on the Google consent screen.
Depending on the scopes granted and the functions in use, MCI may access:
- Google/YouTube account or channel identifiers and basic profile/channel metadata needed to identify the connected account.
- YouTube video or content metadata made available through the authorized APIs.
- Authorized YouTube analytics and statistics, including metrics such as views, watch time, reach or audience information, engagement information, traffic/source information, and other performance data made available by the YouTube APIs.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens, authorization state, and technical information needed to maintain the connection securely.
MCI does not ask for or store a user’s Google or YouTube password.
4. How we use Google and YouTube data
Google and YouTube data is used only for the functions disclosed here and authorized by the user, including:
- Authenticating and maintaining the authorized connection.
- Collecting and displaying first-party account, channel, content and performance information for the connected Moore at Disney creator account.
- Preserving permitted historical performance observations so the creators can understand how content performed over time.
- Supporting internal content review and decision-making about topics, packaging and production.
- Maintaining, troubleshooting and securing the MCI application.
MCI does not use Google or YouTube user data for unrelated advertising, does not sell that data, and does not use it to build or sell profiles of other users.
5. How data is shared
Authorized Google or YouTube data is intended for the authorizing Moore at Disney user and agents expressly approved by that user. We do not sell Google or YouTube user data.
Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers only as needed to operate, secure, back up or maintain MCI. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect rights, security or the integrity of the service.
6. Storage, refresh and retention
Authorization tokens may be retained as long as needed for an active, authorized connection and used only for the purposes the user approved.
Authorized YouTube Analytics API data, Reporting API data, and authorized YouTube statistics may be stored for longer than 30 days when needed for the authorized internal analytics purpose, while MCI continues to confirm at least every 30 days that the user’s authorization remains valid. Other categories of YouTube API data are refreshed or deleted within the time limits required by YouTube policies.
When stored YouTube API data is presented, MCI is designed to preserve the time context of historical observations and to keep current API data reasonably up to date.
7. Revoking Google access
You can revoke MCI’s access to Google/YouTube data at any time through Google’s third-party access / security permissions page.
After authorization is revoked, MCI will delete the Google/YouTube Authorized Data associated with that consent as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days after the revocation is recognized, subject to information we may be legally required to retain.
8. Requesting deletion of stored data
An authorized user may also request deletion of stored MCI data directly. The process is described on our Data Deletion page. Deletion of data stored by MCI does not delete data from YouTube itself.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect credentials and authorized platform data from unauthorized access, use, loss or disclosure. Access to MCI is limited to authorized operators.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when MCI’s functionality or data practices change. If MCI begins accessing or using Google or YouTube data in a materially different way, the policy and relevant user disclosures will be updated before that use.
11. Contact
For privacy questions, complaints or data-deletion requests, contact the Moore at Disney operators through the contact/social options on our official Beacons profile. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens or other credentials.
