These terms cover the public Moore at Disney website and the private internal Moore Content Intelligence application.
1. Independent creator site
Moore at Disney is an independent creator brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or Disneyland Resort. Disney, Disneyland, Google, YouTube, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
2. Informational content
Our Disneyland content is based on our experiences, research and opinions at the time it is published. Prices, policies, menus, operating procedures, availability and other details can change. Official sources should be used when a current rule or policy matters to your trip.
3. Accessibility content
Accessibility-related content describes our family’s firsthand experience and should not be treated as medical, legal, or official Disneyland policy advice. Individual needs and Disney procedures may differ.
4. Affiliate and commercial relationships
Some Moore at Disney content or linked resources may include affiliate links, creator commissions, hosted stays, gifted items or other commercial relationships. When applicable, we aim to disclose those relationships in the relevant content or page.
5. Third-party services and links
This site may link to Beacons, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, hotels, merchants, affiliate partners and other third parties. Their services, content, availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties.
6. Moore Content Intelligence
MCI is a private internal application, not a public software service. Access is limited to authorized operators. Platform connections require the relevant account authorization. Users remain responsible for the accounts and content they authorize MCI to access.
7. No warranty
The public site and MCI are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, error-free or continuously available.
8. Privacy
Use of Google/YouTube data and other information is described in our Privacy Policy. Instructions for revocation and stored-data deletion are available on the Data Deletion page.
